Forget the books, seminars, advice and even your best intentions. If you are not emotionally ready you are just accumulating information!'
How do you actually convert concepts into experience? How do you become healthy and happy daily rather than knowing everything about health and happiness?
Fuelled by a drive to find answers rather than asking more questions,Nivedita's focus in her wellbeing practice is devoted to practical, easy and immediate solutions to our daily frustrations.
Disillusioned with her post-graduate educational experience in both Psychology and Human Resource Management, Nivedita chose to give the traditional path of a 9-5 corporate job a miss and instead devote her time, skills and energy into sharing tools and techniques to improve people's emotional health. Tools that not only work but are steeped in both ancient wisdom and the latest scientific innovations in the field of wellbeing and health.
Being no stranger to risk-taking, Nivedita chose to move to Melbourne as a 32-year old-something with no guarantee of a secure job or a well-connected network of friends and family. Undeterred by her new culture and environment Nivedita got honest with herself and knew that the missing ingredient in her education thus far was the spiritual side. The part of us that is bigger than our thoughts and bodies, the part that is all-encompassing and magical which orchestrates our worlds perfectly.
But Nivedita's approach to spirituality is not an airy-fairy concept with pink clouds and exploding rainbows but a very real, solution-focused functional aspect of life which provides easy and yet effective answers and practical tools.
She founded Blissful Mantra as a practice exclusively dedicated to women’s emotional wellbeing. Trained as a Louise Hay Teacher in the mind-body connection philosophy led her to other certifications including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and LTT (The Lifeline Technique).
Through her myriad observations in her private practice as well as her own personal experience of living and working in 5 different countries in the past 17 years, Nivedita was guided to pen her ideas, techniques and personal philosophy in a book. This book was picked up by Hay House and is soon to be published.
Currently she runs a 3-step personal wellbeing program aimed mainly at high achievers whether they happen to be mums with young children or creative professionals who are seeking wellbeing options for their mind and body and are sick and tired of feeling discontented with life and want to start over.
Nivedita believes that when we change the way we feel we have the ability to change anything which is obstructing our plans and stealing our dreams. Emotions is at the very centre of Nivedita’s work and it is through resolving hidden emotional conflicts that Nivedita helps her clients not only understand the “why” of what frustrates them but also the 'how' to help them feel calm, centered and confident.
